No — you keep the number your customers already know. Novus ports your number onto the system for you, so it can send and receive your automated messages. We handle the entire process. To you and your customers, nothing changes — calls and texts still run through the same number.
Yes — one off. If you need a Google Business Profile, booking page and calendar built from scratch, the setup fee is $497. If you already have these in place, the configuration fee is $197.
Once we receive your completed onboarding form and payment, Novus manages the entire build from start to finish — connection, configuration and testing. You don't touch a thing, and we confirm the moment your system is live.
Every automated message is fully personalised to your business — your name, your tone, your brand. Nothing generic. Messages are configured during onboarding based on your preferences, or written by you and loaded into the system.
The system fires to everyone who calls and doesn't get answered. Existing customers in your database are tagged and automatically skip the follow-up sequence — instead receiving a warmer more personal message. Unknown numbers receive the new lead message directing them to your booking page. Both messages are written and personalised to your business during onboarding.
